The defining feature of the home is its screened corner courtyard, conceived as an outdoor living room that extends the primary living spaces while providing a private setting for everyday living, entertaining, and relaxation.

An L-shaped floor plan frames the courtyard, allowing the main living area to enjoy views and direct access to this central outdoor space.

The home's open layout and double-height living room create a sense of volume that extends well beyond its square footage.

Expansive windows introduce abundant natural light while preserving privacy throughout the home. The kitchen opens directly to the rear deck and backyard, supporting an easy transition between indoor and outdoor living. Upstairs, generously proportioned bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings and large windows that enhance the feeling of openness and light.

A distinctive sloped roof defines the home's contemporary silhouette while shaping dramatic interior volumes. Metal panel cladding wraps the exterior, transitioning at the courtyard from a continuous surface to a screen of vertical fins that filters light and views while providing privacy. The result is a home that balances architectural clarity with everyday livability, offering modern design, flexible living spaces, and a lasting connection to the outdoors.
