The open, inviting space features handcrafted clay-tile floors, a modern kitchen with high-end commercial-quality appliances, marble countertops and clean, contemporary cabinetry crafted with impeccable attention to detail.
The private first-floor suite sits discreetly off the main living spaces creating a quiet, personal retreat featuring a bedroom and connected bath.
Ascend the spiral staircase where light spills in from the high windows of the upper floors. A comfortable family room with a wall of south-facing windows sits at the head of the stairway between the second-floor’s generous extra-bedroom suite and the larger primary suite. The family room’s central placement invites gathering together while separating the bedrooms to enhance the seclusion of the private suites.
The roomy primary bedroom suite features a spa-like bathroom with side-by side sinks, a walk-in shower and oversized soaking tub. The expansive lower level offers ample space for a home theater, family game room, offices, an art studio, exercise room and storage.
17-foot clerestory ceiling over the kitchen, the stairs to the lower level and first-floor baths spills light from above onto all four sides.

PRODUCTORA is a Mexico City based architectural studio founded by Abel Perles (1972, Argentina), Carlos Bedoya (1973, Mexico), Victor Jaime (1978, Mexico) and Wonne Ickx (1974, Belgium). PRODUCTORA´s widely-acclaimed work is distinguished by an interest in precise geometries, the production of clearly legible projects with limited gestures and the search for timeless buildings in their material and spatial resolutions.
The Productora team has designed a spacious two-bedroom and two -bathroom residence organized as a ring of open living spaces
and rooms around a central core of bathrooms and an open kitchen. The residence’s interior has a double-height space with a set of clerestory windows that allow sunlight to enter deep into the dwelling, creating a bright and open living experience.

The public space can function well for either one person or a group of people, as the client loves to host friends and family over the weekends.
